The Flat Brook is a tributary of the Delaware River that runs for about 16 miles from its headwaters near High Point State Park to the Delaware River. It is a gentle flowing freestone river with pocket water, runs, riffles, and pools. Being a freestone river, a wading staff is highly recomended.
